Buffalo is part of the 2013 Minnesota State Fair Fine Arts Exhibition, which is Minnesota’s largest juried art exhibition. A total of 1885 pieces were submitted, and 340 works were accepted. The fine arts building is located on the corner of Cosgrove and Randall on the North side of the fair. Here are some photos of the piece from the exhibit.
