Fun Fact: Supersonic speed, or the speed of sound, is approximately 767 mph. My first memory of this concept was watching The Right Stuff which shows Chuck Yeager (played by Sam Shepard) achieving this first…followed by a sonic boom. It’s a great title for this huge painting which is with a collector way down in Laredo, Texas. I took the title from an Oasis song. They had two good albums.
