Toadstool is an original mushroom fungi abstract painting on canvas by visual artist Shawn McNulty. This painting is is 1.5″ deep, gallery wrapped with painted edges, and ready to hang with wire on the back.

Fun Fact: This is one of my more representational paintings. I never intended to paint a mushroom. The red section formed organically and I nurtured the bottom stem a little bit to complete the form. Toadstool is included in a 2020 book from the Netherlands called Paddenstoelen in kunst, cultuur en natuur which translates to “Mushrooms in Art, Culture and Nature” 🍄
