Fun Fact: I see the Red Owl logo buried in this painting. Red Owl was a grocery store chain headquartered in Hopkins, Minnesota, which is where I have lived for a long time. It’s iconic logo has had a lasting effect. You may have seen it in the Coen Brothers (Minnesota natives) movie A Serious Man, as well as season 3 of the Fargo television show. This painting was part of my Striations exhibition at Rosalux Gallery.
