Speeder

Fine art print of the original acrylic and pumice painting by Shawn McNulty

Slabs of red, yellow, and green tear through a scraped white ground, dragged and dissolved by black streaks that read as pure velocity. The original is built with pumice, so the surface is gritty and heavily textured. This print captures that surface in every drag mark and ridge. Named for the speeder bike chase in Return of the Jedi: a blur of trunks and color, a half-second from gone.

Choose your format

Fine art paper: The classic gallery print. Crisp detail and true color, with the white ground reading clean and bright. Frame it with a mat, or float it for a more modern look.

Canvas: The closest match to the painting’s tactile feel. The weave of the canvas echoes the pumice grit of the original. Gallery-wrapped and ready to hang, no frame needed.

Cradled board: Printed directly on rigid board, no glass or frame required. A flat, clean, contemporary finish with sharp edges. Ready to hang at 3/4″ depth, and it suits the raw, scraped energy of the piece.
