I delivered a canvas archival pigment print of Salvation to some friends in Bloomington, Minnesota, and decided to check out the Richardson Nature Center and Hyland Lake Park Reserve. Autumn is a perfect time to check out these places because there are not many people, and you can see through the trees to discover animals doing their thing. I ran into a large buck enjoying the sun right by one of the trails. It reminded me of an old advertisement for Hamm’s or Schmidt’s beer.
